Step easily from the driveway into the single-level abode, a rare luxury in Wye's undulating hills.  Crafted with care by an architect-owner, the brand-new kitchen boasts top-notch appliances, ample bench space, and a stylish breakfast bar, inviting you to indulge in culinary delights. Relax in the spacious living area by the crackling wood heater, or bask in the cozy warmth of the wall heater. Sliding doors beckon you to the deck and BBQ area, offering panoramic views of the verdant surroundings.

The two bedrooms, adorned with ample wardrobe space, promise restful nights and rejuvenating mornings amidst the tranquillity of nature. Choose between a sumptuous queen bed in the main bedroom, complete with an en-suite, or the flexibility of a king bed or two singles in the second bedroom (you can specify your preference).
