Inside, the home features a flexible, sustainable layout across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entry level includes an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, plus a king bedroom with a luxurious en-suite. The lower level offers two additional bedrooms, a central bathroom, and generous storage—perfect for families or groups. A cosy wood heater, Smart TV, and home theatre system ensure comfort year-round.

Wide sliding doors open to a wrap-around deck shared with the master bedroom, complete with an 8-piece dining setting and Weber family BBQ. The chef’s kitchen includes a Breville barista-style coffee machine, while the powder/laundry room features a stacked washer and dryer and a second fridge/freezer. We are generally a pet-free home, though small dogs may be welcomed by request. For added peace of mind, a camera monitors the front entrance.
